Voice and reading
Speak, ask, or listen
●Create by voiceSay what you want RKji to add.Open guide
Tap the microphone and speak naturally. Try:
- “Add task call John tomorrow at 10 AM.”
- “Add milk to list weekly recurring.”
- “Add birthday of KK January 1st.”
- “Add anniversary June 20th.”
Words such as Task, List, Birthday, or Anniversary tell RKji what kind of item to create. Otherwise, RKji uses the screen you are currently viewing. A detail screen opens so you can review everything before tapping Save.
?Ask RKjiUse a voice question to find information.Open guide
Tap the microphone and try:
- “What are today’s tasks?”
- “What are my medical tasks?”
- “What are my billing tasks?”
- “What’s on September 30th?”
Task questions filter the Tasks screen. A question about a specific date can show Tasks and Special Dates. When you say “Calendar,” RKji means information saved in RKji, not Apple Calendar.

- In Settings, turn on Read voice-query results aloud if you want voice answers spoken automatically.
- When that setting is off, voice-query results appear silently on the screen. The manual Read button remains available where shown.

Quick answers
Common questions
Why did completing a task create another one?
The task has an active repeat period. Completing the current occurrence creates the next one. Edit the recurring task if you want to change or pause its recurrence.
Why does a Special Date stay open?
Special Dates are dates to remember rather than things to complete. They do not need to be marked complete.
Why did RKji create the wrong kind of item from my voice?
Include Task, List, Birthday, or Anniversary in your command. Those words override the current screen. Always review the detail screen before tapping Save.
Why are my voice-query results not spoken?
Open RKji Settings and turn on Read voice-query results aloud. If it remains off, results are displayed silently and you can use the manual Read button where shown.
Why is a reminder not appearing?
Confirm that RKji can send notifications in the iPhone Settings app. Also review Focus modes and notification delivery settings. Reminders depend on device settings and technical availability.
Why has a shared item not appeared yet?
Family Space items use iCloud sharing and may take some time to synchronize. Confirm that both devices have an internet connection and are signed in to iCloud.
Where can I read the privacy policy?
Read the RKji Privacy Policy for information about storage, sharing, permissions, and your choices.
