RKash

Privacy Policy

Effective date: September 22, 2026

In plain words: The current version of RKash stores your financial records only on your iPhone. It does not connect to banks, does not ask for financial passwords, and does not send your saved records to RK Everyday Apps. Never enter account numbers, card numbers, PINs, security codes, or passwords.

Who this policy covers

This policy describes how the current version of RKash handles information when you use the iPhone app. “RKash,” “we,” and “us” refer to RK Everyday Apps.

Information RKash handles

RKash may store information you choose to enter, including:

  • Names and opening balances for bank, cash, and credit-card accounts.
  • Income, expenses, transfers, refunds, dates, descriptions, notes, and whether an entry is planned or actual.
  • Recurring transaction schedules and expected amounts.
  • Category names, monthly budget amounts, and app preferences.
  • Credit-card due days and reminder choices.

Use descriptive labels such as “Checking” or “Main Card.” Do not enter account numbers, card numbers, passwords, PINs, or security codes.

Where information is stored

The current version of RKash stores its saved financial records in the app’s private storage area on your iPhone. RK Everyday Apps does not operate a server that receives these records and cannot access them.

Your iPhone may include app information in device backups depending on your Apple backup settings. Apple handles those backups under Apple’s own terms and privacy policies.

No bank connection

RKash does not connect to your bank, credit-card company, or other financial institution. It does not import transactions automatically and will never ask for your financial login credentials.

Microphone and speech recognition

Voice entry is optional. If you use it, RKash requests microphone and speech-recognition permission. Apple’s speech-recognition service may process the words you speak according to your device settings and Apple’s policies. Speak only transaction details—never sensitive financial information. You can enter every transaction by typing instead.

Notifications

If you enable Payment and Balance Alerts, RKash schedules reminders on your device for upcoming card payments and possible account shortages. Notification text is intentionally general, but alerts may appear on your lock screen depending on your iPhone settings. You can turn these alerts off inside RKash or in iPhone Settings.

Analytics, advertising, and tracking

The current version of RKash does not include advertising, third-party analytics, or cross-app tracking. We do not sell your information.

Retention and deletion

Your RKash information remains on your device until you delete individual records or remove the app and its data. When enabled, RKash offers a short Undo period after certain deletions. Information included in a device backup may remain until that backup is deleted according to your Apple settings.

You can revoke microphone, speech-recognition, or notification permission in iPhone Settings. Some related features will stop working when permission is removed.

Financial safety

RKash is a personal organization tool, not financial, accounting, tax, legal, or investment advice. Calculations and reminders may be incomplete or inaccurate. You remain responsible for verifying balances, transactions, payment dates, and reminders with your financial institutions.

Planned family sharing

Not part of the current version: Family sharing through iCloud is being considered for a future release. Before that feature is made available, this policy and RKash’s App Store privacy disclosures must be updated to explain what is synchronized, who can see it, how access is controlled, and how shared information is deleted.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when RKash’s features or data practices change. The effective date at the top will identify the latest version.

Questions

For privacy questions or comments, use the RKash support form. Never include passwords, account numbers, card numbers, PINs, security codes, or detailed financial records.
